***Due to COVID-19 there are delays in all courier and postal services including Express Post making it impossible to guarantee normal delivery times.  Depending on your destination (city/regional) please allow an extra 1-5 business days for delivery***

Standard Shipping:
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. When your order is sent, you will be emailed with track and trace details.  

Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If someone is not available upon delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.

Major metro areas (NSW, QLD, VIC, SA): 2-7 Business Days

Regional areas (WA, NT, TAS, SA, Far North QLD): 4 - 10 Business Days

Express Delivery: 

Major Metro Areas: 1-2 Business Days

1 - 3kg: $15.00 flat rate Australia wide.
3 - 5kg: $20.00 flat rate Australia wide.
5+ kg: $30.00 flat rate Australia wide.

Express Delivery:

Under 1kg: $20.00 flat rate Australia wide.
1 - 3kg: $25.00 flat rate Australia wide.
3 - 5kg: $35.00 flat rate Australia wide.
5+ kg: $50.00 flat rate Australia wide.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, however if for some reason your gift is damaged in transit, you can notify us within 24 hours of the items being received for a refund or replacement. All products are checked for quality before shipping, and while we endeavour to deliver your product in perfect condition, what happens when the goods are dispatched is out of our hands.

In the event of this happening you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.

If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email us at to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number, reason for the return and any supporting photos.

Shopify and PayPal encrypts your credit card information and transmits it over a secure server. Lenoir & Co will only contact you regarding your order, unless you join our mailing list.
